You can shop our merchandise from overseas by signing up for tenso.com.

Please note that the Yamada yum Online Store does not ship directly to addresses outside Japan. To receive your order overseas, please use the international forwarding service "tenso.com".

2. What Is tenso.com?

tenso.com is an international package-forwarding service operated by tenso, Inc. When you register as a member (registration is free), you will be issued your own personal shipping address in Japan. Enter this address as your delivery address when you shop, and tenso.com will ship your items to your overseas address on your behalf.

1. Choose the goods you would like.

   

2. Select the quantity and add them to your cart.

   

3. Tap "View Cart."

   

4. Review your order details and select "Purchase."

   

5. Enter your credit card information. Please enter your own address as the billing address.

   

6. Enter your personal tenso.com address as the delivery address.
   * Please enter your name exactly as registered at tenso.com, and do not forget the TS number at the end of the address.

   

7. Tap "Pay Now" and complete your payment.

   

8. Your order will be confirmed once the payment is complete.

5. Important Notes

• There are two separate payments: the item price at our store when you order, and the international shipping fee on tenso.com after your package arrives at their warehouse.
• Under Japanese law, tenso.com requires identity verification documents before your first package can be shipped.
• Cash on delivery and payment on delivery cannot be used.
• Some items, such as aerosols and certain batteries, cannot be shipped internationally. Please check the list of prohibited items on tenso.com.
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply, and are the recipient's responsibility.
